Are these real photos of your work?+

Yes. Every image in this gallery is from a pool that Alex or Jennifer personally serviced in the Tucson area. Blue Dolphin Pools does not use stock photography or images of other companies' work anywhere on this website.

How long does it take to clean up a green pool?+

A green pool cleanup typically takes between two and seven days depending on how severe the algae is, the filter's condition and whether the surface is stained. The process usually involves shock treatment, repeated filtration and brushing, and in heavy cases a drain and acid wash.

Can an acid wash make my pool look like these photos?+

Often yes, if the discoloration is surface staining rather than failed plaster. Acid washing removes a microscopic layer of the surface to lift embedded algae and mineral stains. Blue Dolphin Pools inspects the pool first and tells you honestly whether an acid wash will produce this kind of result.

Do you photograph every service visit?+

Yes. Weekly service customers receive an emailed report after every visit that includes a photo of the pool, a completed task checklist, water chemistry readings and the chemicals added, so you can see the result even when you are not home.
